Live Music: Play Away Rust: Steve Gallup & Bonedog Cohen (Copy)
Coastside songwriter Steve Gallup teams up with legendary Bay Area blues harmonica player Bonedog to play an original blend of acoustic Americana plus select cover songs. After nearly 30 years of playing together in different bands the stripped down duo formed in 2023, playing their first show at The Coastal Vine and going on to play venues across the Bay Area. Incorporating everything from New Orleans grooves to blues and darkly humorous country this unique duo works hard to present a wide variety of entertaining songs, relying on years of playing together to keep things loose and spontaneous.
Live Music: Mark Verlander
Mark Verlander is a singer songwriter, guitarist, sound artist, and dedicated noisemaker based in the San Francisco Bay Area. His work spans alternative rock, ambient, and experimental music, driven by curiosity and a deep love of capturing the moment a song comes to life.
Mark is a founder of The Sippy Cups, the psychedelic San Francisco rock band for kids and families. He wrote some of the band's most eclectic songs — Snail Song, I Am a Robot, How to Build a Dog, and Little House of Jello — and helped build the band from Bay Area club shows into a nationally touring act.
